I got into the shampoo biz after using the product for about 6 months. I have a background with hair and skin but I haven’t kept an active cosmetology license. I gave this a shot because I had a friend who saw my potential and figured it would be fun to try.
I struggled a little bit at first because I’m an introvert and struggle to socialize but I quickly found my niche in consulting with different people about their hair and finding the perfect product for them.
My husband has influenced me to start my own business for a long time now. He has always had the entrepreneurial spirit and is constantly guiding me outside of my box.
My product offers premium anti-aging hair and skincare that specifically targets the health of the scalp, hair, and skin from the inside out. We are plant based, vegan, gluten free, sulfate free, and say NO to parabens, phthalates, ethanol, and other toxic ingredients found inside traditional hair and skincare. In addition to an amazing product I love to teach my customers about hair in general and how to get the best use out of their product.
For anyone pursuing an entrepreneurial venture, I encourage them to consistently find ways to leave their comfort zone. There is no growth in comfort and success requires you to adjust your mindset and try new things.
